All our designs are done using 3D software that allows us to walk around your design. This 3D design is what we use to send to the manufacturer for them to quote and develop tooling from. With our software we have the ability to make your product as realistic as possible with photorealistic rendering. Utilising further software we can test your product using designated material properties and manipulate the design using our FEA software. All this before is done before the product is even made.
Once you are happy with the design we have the ability to produce a working prototype using our rapid prototyping machine. The machine will build the product layer by layer till it is a life size model to touch and test. This prototype can be used to show potential investors or even produce sales from major stores. A prototype speaks a million words.
Progressing to the manufacture of the product is the next stage. Using our 3D model you can obtain quotes from manufactures. We are specialist in this field and have operated with the Asian and Australian market on hundreds of our projects. We will get you the best price for tooling and ensure the quality is met and you dont get ripped off.
