RAPID PROTOTYPING

Why using our sister company Protip Innovations Pty Ltd Can Save You Time and Money

Take Our Four Easy Steps to Patent Your Idea For the first time ever it is possible for inventors to go to a ONE STOP SHOP in regard to getting Patent Protection for a FINAL Manufactured product or prototype This has been made possible by our rapid prototyping facilities which can take instructions from an inventor who only has a crude prototype or drawing, aided with our expert engineering staff, to produce the final manufactured product. This has the huge advantage in that final product specifications can now be forwarded to manufacturers in China or other appropriate manufacturing companies. By using the 4 Steps (below), you can benefit from our ONE STOP SHOP when you're ready to patent your idea !!.

STEP 1

Background Patent Search in regards to original concept.

STEP 2

If your invention appears to be novel as a result of the STEP 1 Search, then an appropriate prototype for manufacture can be designed in consultation with our Sister Company PROTOCORP.

STEP 3

Once the design of the final manufactured product or prototype has been created, this will enable such prototype or product to be rapidly manufactured on a large scale in China or elsewhere.

STEP 4

This will enable a patent application to be filed based on the final manufactured product, and NOT in accordance with the original prototype or drawing.

Step 4 has the overwhelming advantage that only ONE patent application is filed and that is in respect of the FINAL manufactured product, whereas patent applications which only covered the original concept and which often have to be supplemented by additional patent applications to cover the final manufactured product are now avoided, thus saving needless expense.
